Warranty Policy

• All customers using services at Amanda Dental Clinic will be issued a warranty card.
• The warranty card includes basic information: Customer name, service, phone number, warranty period, etc.
• Each service has a different warranty period.
• Customers can visit any Amanda Dental Clinic branch to receive consultation and warranty service.
• In case of lost card, customers will still be entitled to warranty according to the policy if they can prove they are Amanda Dental customers.

Warranty Conditions

• Customer must use products/services listed in Amanda Dental Clinic’s warranty coverage.
• The warranty card must still be valid, intact, and not altered or corrected.
• Information on the card must match personal identification and the clinic’s management system.

Cases Not Covered by Warranty

• Services that fall under Amanda Dental Clinic’s warranty coverage.
• If the restoration is damaged due to trauma or injury: breakage, chipping caused by accidents, sports, or not following the dentist’s instructions.
• If the customer voluntarily goes to another clinic to modify the restoration or has had prior intervention at another clinic before being treated at Amanda Dental.
• If the customer wants to change the treatment outcome compared to the plan previously agreed upon.
• Treatments carried out at the customer’s request despite prior professional advice against it.
